Welcome to “The Pines”

A quiet little seniors community right in the middle of it all.  Located at 1411 Route 9, in the Town of Moreau, “The Pines” is unique and special.  One of the only remaining 55+ communities with only 30 lots and on site management and rates well below everything else in the area.  We have great lots with blacktop roads and quiet neighbors situated on the bus route and nearby everything you need.
