Now that we are officially in our new home, we just wanted to thank you for your continued support, dependability and good humor.

We had gone to several modular sales companies over the course of more than a year, to find someone who understood our needs, our financial limits, and our dreams. You were that person! Your easy, yet professional demeanor and obvious sincerity won us over right away.

It was also important to us to have a general contractor to manage the entire project, both because we are completely naive about building, and because we were living 3 hours distant. Thank goodness you were on our jobsite so frequently and kept us up to date on the construction progress! We appreciated your making yourself so available to us during and after the construction process, too.

For nearly two years my husband and I debated having a modular built for us. We talked to countless builders and modular home dealers, but always returned to Greg when we needed straight talk. Time and time again we went to him after other builders and dealers had given us low estimates and too-good-to be-true deals and when all was said and done his prices were the most accurate.

 My husband, the engineer, was very impressed with Greg’s technical knowledge while I appreciated his help while trying to figure out just what appealed to me about certain house types. Never in all of the times we visited his office (to pester him) did he show any signs of impatience and there was never a sense that we were being pressured or rushed.

He visited our property on a snowy winter day and immediately had much better ideas than we did about where to place the house. Now our home sits in a beautiful spot with great drainage!

 The nicest part of the whole experience was having a builder with such great character. Building a house can be stressful, but knowing that Greg was in our corner really put our minds at ease. We highly recommend MH Imperial.
