Wholesale Pricing- Builders Special Packages

Wholesale pricing is available only to qualified builders. Often referred to as “Builders Special” packages, we use our volume purchasing discounts to offer drop shipped and set homes to builders.

These houses are delivered and set on a builder prepared job site and tied in weather tight. All pre-deliver site preparation is the responsibility of the builder, and all post-set finishes are the responsibility of the builder. All finish materials are included but shipped loose.

MH Imperial can tailor the house design to meet your needs and appoint it to your comfort level.

Builder’s selections:
Joist type- dimensional lumber of Joist 2000 series from Truss joist
Framing specs- 2x4 or 2x6 as well as truss and wall spacing to meet codes
Insulation values- walls, floors and ceilings
Wall and floor sheathing – OSB or plywood ½”- 5/8”- or ¾”
Shingles 30-50 year arch
Windows – M & W , Pella Pro-Line or Andersen 400 series
Therma Tru – Pella or Andersen doors
Trim styles and finishes
Plumbing- Pex or Copper
Duct or HWBB heating (stubbed)
Floorings included or omitted
Siding included or omitted
Counter tops Laminate, Solid Surface or Omitted
   • You choose to have it built the way you would build it and leave out anything you prefer to do yourself.
   • Wholesale homes are void of manufacturers’ warranties if not set on a foundation plumb, level and square.
   • Designed and stamped plans for the home are provided.
